Natasha studied in 2016 - 2020 to achieve her Master’s of Practice in Osteopathic Manual Sciences at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (MOMsc)
Member of OSTCAN "adheres to the highest international standards in education and professionalism, including those in the United Kingdom and Australia. All of our members must complete 4200 hours of education, and a minimum of 1000 hours of supervised clinical practice and training. As a national council, OSTCAN ensures that patients are guaranteed a standard of practice regardless of the province in which they seek care."

FUNCTIONAL ANATOMY AND COLLECTIVE BODY MECHANICS

- Musculoskeletal system (bones, joints, fascia, muscles)
- Nervous system (brain, spinal cord, autonomic balance)
- Cardiovascular & lymphatic systems (circulation, drainage)
- Respiratory, digestive, and urinary systems
- Cranial system (the bones and fluids surrounding your brain)
Osteopathy is hands-on, and we spend years training our sense of touch to feel subtle patterns in:
- Fascia tension and restriction
- Joint mobility and alignment
- Fluid flow (like lymph or cerebrospinal fluid)
- Nervous system tone (over-activation, stress response)
