Imagine a child exploring their envioronment as an infant being carried to and from place to place; Soon motivated to crawl to get his/her favorite toy, Then a few steps and they fall, and fall again - they build muscle strength and resiliance. I have never met a adult that still crawls.

In 2024, we know how important posture is for our overall health. We spend thousands of hours at a desk, develping ridity in our spines and rounded shoulders. With technology now interated in everything we do, more and more we are looking at our phones and computers. At 2 years old - most children know how to naviagate to you tube on mom/dad's phone, answer and end video calls (even if you have to talk to their forehead or celing!), We are in a new world
